Antoni Władysław

Emilian Bialecki (born June 11, 1836 in Warsaw, died. November 15, 1912 in near Jordanowicach Pruszkow ) - Polish lawyer. Casimir was the son of a landowner and Domicel li with Bartoszewskich. He was educated at the Gymnasium of St.. Anne in Cracow, then he studied law at the Jagiellonian University (1854). He interrupted his studies due to illness in 1856, he moved to Great and was farming practice in the estate of General Chłapowski. Years 1858-1860 were spent in St. Petersburg, then returned to study law, this time in Heidelberg.
